If selected for Poster Presentation

  • At least one named author must register to attend the ASM in person in Sheffield to present the poster. 
  • Undergraduate students and foundation doctors selected will receive free registration to attend and present their poster.
  • To enable all delegates - in person and virtual - to be able to view and hear your poster, you must also submit your poster in Powerpoint and also record an audio narrative to the poster (3 minutes max) 2 weeks in advance of the ASM.

  • 3 October - abstract submission open
  • 4 March 2025 - abstract submission closes
  • 28 March 2025 - abstracts selected for poster presentation confirmed
  • 23 April 2025 - poster presenter to register for in-person conference and submit powerpoint and audio commentary of poster
