* The Paul Polani Fund is a designated fund within the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child (RCPCH) and is restricted to funding activities in the field of paediatric neurodisabilty. RCPCH delegated the responsibility for administering the fund and identifying relevant research, projects and activities to its sub-specialty group for paediatric neurodisability, the British Academy of Childhood Disability (BACD).
The BACD/RCPCH Paul Polani Award aims to encourage research and innovation in the field of Paediatric Neurodisability. Research to build a robust evidence-base is essential to provide optimal services and to maintain and strengthen resources for children and young people with disabilities and their families.
