Booking terms and conditions
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise leading to the need for cancellations. BACD is a charity organisation and will strive to accommodate these situations to the best of our ability. However, this is may not always be possible at short notice. Please see cancellation and refund policy terms below.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellations received on or before 7 April April 2025 are refundable minus 15% administration fee.
- No refunds will be given for non-attendance or for cancellations received after 7 April 2025 under any circumstances.
Transferal of Registration
- If you are unable to attend, but wish to transfer your registration to a colleague, we can transfer at no cost (any excess for different professional fee due to be paid before confirmation of transfer). Please note that we are unable to guarantee any dietary requests received after 23 April.
Exchanging In-Person Ticket to Virtual Ticket or Virtual Ticket to In-Person Ticket
- You can exchange your In Person ticket to a Virtual ticket; however no refund will be issued for the difference in price. Exchanges must requested by 9am, Monday 28 April 2025 at the latest.
- You can exchange your Virtual ticket to an In Person ticket by paying the excess charge. Exchanges must requested by 9am, Monday 28 April 2025 at the latest. Please note that we are unable to guarantee any dietary requests received after 23 April.
